In an attempt to bring some clarity and follow-through to the year-long meetings we have been having with Blondin Linden I am making some attempt to develop an agenda we can stick to at meetings and continue working on.

ZINDRA COMMUNITY MEETINGS

Goal: Increase new player traffic in Zindra and to address and find solutions to the Zindra continent search firewall issues.

1. The Adult Landing Page: We never heard of this. What is it? Last week you mentioned 'it's almost done'. When will it be done.

2. 4 Sims for Adult Events: Two residents have been speaking to you indiviually about using the 4 sims we used for the Expo for some of their projects. Please clrify:

a) Are you offering them these sims year round?

b) Will there be adult rated resident run events allowed on these sims?

c) In what way would the use of these four sims address the Zindra search firewall issues w

THe video is similar to the WHAT IS video thats on the main SL page and was shot a few weeks ago by Illclan. It'll take them through reg (sorry not adult verification in reg though I am pushing for it) and will drop them at Podyan. End of last week, I had COncierge clone arapaima and I'm gunn turn that into 'Verification Station'. It'l be Moderate rated so new users will be able to land there and it's in Podyan so that it's still close to Zindra

- Write Event name, brief description of event, its purpose and uniqueness (what makes it ‘unique’ compared to other events in SL already)

- Choose ideal date

- Indicate how many sims are needed (maximum 4)

- Show list of committed staff (a set number…5?) People who are confirmed as team members for the project. Their commitments must be validated, and their ability to work (daily) on the project would need to be ascertained. A mix of professional experience and willingness to learn/work as a team member must also be ascertained. Of course, the staff will likely become much larger, but a starting number of people should be enough to get the project approved.

Less than 3 should not be taken too seriously! LL will negotiate with the proposer for the exact date on the schedule. In this way, a sensible annual schedule can be planned in advance.
